Green Wool Coat
This coat is part of the “Let the Sheep Show” collection. Small tufts of wool appear at the fabric’s edge. This shows the weaver’s process. As the shuttle is thrown across the fabric, the wool yarn winds off of the bobbin. The ends hang off of the fabric’s edge. I left these. After fulling the fabric, those tufts became a nice detail that shows how the fabric was woven.
The coat is a swing style with deep pockets and a generous collar.
